Woodland Adventures for under-4s at the Nebula Centre, Carrington is every Sunday until 29 November, about 20 minutes' drive from Timperley. Free, book ahead, best for younger children, outdoors.
An outdoor stay-and-play session for under-4s and their grown-ups, held in the Nebula Centre's woodland garden in Carrington. The centre's site calls it STEM Adventurers: short, hands-on activities outdoors, and the booking page warns it can get messy. It runs whatever the weather, so dress little ones for mud and rain. There are toilets and baby changing on site.
