Varna International Ballet dances The Nutcracker, the Christmas Eve story where toys come to life at midnight, the Nutcracker Prince fights the Mouse King and his army, and the journey continues through the Land of Snow. A classic first ballet for children who can sit through a full-length performance, though the 5.30pm start means a later finish.
