The Hallé plays Howard Blake's score live to The Snowman on the big screen, with Guy Garvey narrating and soloists from the Hallé Children's Choir. The hour-long concert also includes wintry music from films such as The Polar Express and Frozen, which makes it a good first orchestra trip for children from about 3. There are 1pm and 4pm performances.
