The Old Vic's long-running staging of A Christmas Carol, adapted by Jack Thorne and directed by Matthew Warchus, comes to the Lowry with John Thomson of Cold Feet as Scrooge. The production surrounds the audience with music, festive food and celebration as it tells Dickens' story. Recommended for ages 8 and up; it runs about two hours with a 20-minute interval, with captioned, BSL and audio-described shows.
