Timperley Christmas Lights Switch-On

Timperley Civic Society's annual switch-on fills the village from midday: a festive market with food and drink stalls, funfair rides for children, a live music stage and a festive jumper dog show. Santa's grotto and children's crafts are at the Methodist church, with more stalls indoors at the Larkhill Centre if it's cold. The big switch-on is at 6pm in the village centre, and the Quarrybank lights up with live music from 7pm for anyone staying on.
