A free 2k junior parkrun for children aged 4 to 14 every Sunday at 9am in Seymour Park, Old Trafford. Runners meet in the middle of the park, where the paths meet, for a warm-up and briefing, then go two and a half laps of the main path, finishing by the Sports Barn car park. Every child gets a glass of squash and a biscuit at the end. It's run by volunteers, any pace is fine, and parents can run alongside younger children. Register once online and bring the barcode. Trafford Bar tram stop is a few minutes' walk away.
