Father Christmas and his elf wait on the station platform in the museum's restored Power Hall, among historic locomotives and engines. Children explore the hall's story of parcels and deliveries on the way, then meet him and receive a science-themed gift. Aimed at ages 1 to 12, with timed slots, a BSL-supported afternoon and relaxed sessions; everyone also needs a free museum admission ticket.
