Fryer's walk-through grotto starts at the North Pole, where children mix reindeer food to scatter on Christmas Eve, then moves on to Santa's cosy living room for a one-to-one chat. In the Present Room each child picks a toy from Santa's selection to take home. A photo is taken and can be bought at the end. It runs on weekends from 28 November and every day from 18 to 23 December. Tickets are £16.99 a child, with grown-ups free.
