A free afternoon of Christmas around Altrincham town centre: pick up a trail card in Stamford Square and hunt for characters around town, while school and community choirs perform on the square's stage. As it gets dark, families gather with lanterns at Goose Green and follow a nativity parade with lantern puppets and a scout and guide band back to Stamford Square. Lantern-making workshops at OYEZ Arts need booking.
