The Garrick's own Christmas panto this year is Robin Hood, with the Sheriff of Nottingham, Maid Marian, Silly Willy and Nanny Fanny in the cast. The theatre suggests it for ages 3 and up, but warns of loud bangs, flashing lights and pyrotechnics. The relaxed performance keeps the house lights up and the sound quieter. Weekend matinees before Christmas sell fastest; midweek evenings have more room.
