The Muppet Christmas Carol at The Light Stockport is from Saturday 12 December to Thursday 24 December 2026, about 25 minutes' drive from Timperley. From £5.75 a child, book ahead, good for most ages, indoors.
The Muppet Christmas Carol, with Michael Caine as Scrooge and Gonzo as Dickens, shown as a Family Special in the mornings. Songs, jokes and gentle ghosts make it a good first Christmas Carol for young children, and many adults know it word for word. Later evening showings in the run are part of the cinema's Rewind strand and may be priced differently.
