A walk-through Christmas story in the Corn Exchange atrium: families follow elves from room to room completing small missions, then meet Santa in his cabin for photos and a gift for every child. It takes about 30 minutes and suits toddlers to juniors; every child needs a ticket, babies included. Arrive five minutes before your ten-minute entry window, and the queue is indoors. Quieter Whispering Winter sessions are offered for children with SEN.
