Simply Cycling runs all-ages, all-ability cycling on the traffic-free athletics track at Longford Park in Stretford. A large fleet of bikes, trikes, tandems and adapted cycles is ready to try, so nobody needs to bring their own, and the staff are experienced at helping riders with additional needs. Sessions last 45 minutes and cost £3.50 a person; they run on Monday, Tuesday and Friday mornings and on Sunday afternoons. Book online before you go. The stadium is on Ryebank Road, with free parking next to it.
