Lyme's house is decorated as a Christmas journey round the world, with each room showing how a different culture celebrates, created by Handmade Theatre with local schools, community groups and volunteers using sustainable materials. No booking is needed; it comes with normal admission and suits children of all ages. The route runs through the ground floor with level access, but the top floor is closed over winter.
