A free drop-in day on the concourse at Wythenshawe Forum during October half-term, run by Wythenshawe Community Housing Group's Community Connector team with Manchester City Council. The theme is living more sustainably, and the stalls are hands-on: face painting, crafts, potting up plants, junk modelling and making spooky lanterns, alongside ideas for tackling climate change at home. It suits families with children of any age and fits neatly round a trip to the Forum library or pool. It runs on Thursday 29 October from 11am to 2pm. No booking is needed.
