Bramall Hall's rooms are dressed for Christmas by volunteer flower arrangers from across Stockport, this year themed on Christmas music and songs, with each room taking its own angle. A gentle walk-round for all ages that pairs well with the Elf Trail for younger children. No booking: buy tickets at the visitor centre on arrival, under-16s go free and last entry is 3.45pm.

- Mostly flat park paths, but some steep, uneven trails and cobbles; Hall upper floors are stairs only.
