A Sunday morning cookery class for a parent and child at the Cheshire Cookery School on Norman Road, Altrincham, with an Asian theme. The sample menu is steamed bao buns, sushi rolls and sticky chicken wings: a chef shows each technique and you cook side by side, then eat together in the dining room. Recipes are emailed afterwards, and aprons and ingredients are provided. It runs from 10am to 1pm on Sunday 7 February 2027, just before half-term, and costs £130 for one adult and one child; an extra child is £30, booked by phone.
