The Toy House is a small charity on Irlam Road in Flixton that runs play sessions for under-5s. Its Thursday Stay and Play, from 9.30am to 11.30am, has a theme each week and a big range of early years toys, craft and messy play, with a short information slot during the session. Sessions are adapted for disabled children when needed, with specialist equipment and support. It costs £5 for a parent and child, booked and paid for on the charity's website. Listings say it runs in term time.
