The Toy House in Flixton runs sensory discovery mornings for babies under 12 months and their parents on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9.30am to 11am. Each family gets its own spot and a box of sensory toys to explore together, which helps with movement, grip and noticing the world. Parents get a cuppa and a slice of homemade cake while the babies play. Bring a blanket. It costs £5 for a parent and baby, booked online. The charity also runs a Friday group for families with twins.
