A free Halloween storytime in the children's section of Waterstones in the Arndale, with the Ahlbergs' Funnybones, the skeletons who go out into the dark, dark town to give somebody a fright. A short, friendly session for little ones on the Wednesday of half-term. There's nothing to book: just turn up a few minutes before quarter past ten.
