Children make a wish at a wishing well, go through a magic door into a North Pole village with activity 'shops' and a Penguin Post Office, then each family has its own time with Santa. Every child with a ticket gets a penguin soft toy; printed photos can be pre-booked. Quiet sessions for children with additional needs run on selected December dates.
