Museum of the Moon is on at Campfield Studios, Upper Campfield Market Hall, Manchester city centre until Sunday 8 November. It's about 25 minutes' drive from Timperley. Prices: Tickets up to about £6; each adult ticket brings one child up to 12 in free. You need to book ahead. It suits most ages, and it's indoors, so it works whatever the weather.
