The Friends of Victoria Park run a free kids' film club in the park's community building in Stretford on the last Wednesday evening of the month, from 6pm to 8pm. The children choose the film, popcorn is free, and they are encouraged to bring friends and a blanket to get comfy. It is aimed at children aged 7 and over. There is nothing to book: just turn up. The community building is by the Tea Room off Park Road.
