Songs & Smiles: baby and toddler music with care home residents

Songs & Smiles is a free music group from the charity The Together Project that brings babies and toddlers together with older people living in a care home. At Oakfield Croft in Sale, children up to four and their grown-ups join residents for an hour of singing, instruments and play on Monday mornings in term time, from 11.15am. The aim is to make friends across the generations and ease loneliness, and it's a gentle, welcoming session for little ones.
