A free 45-minute Pet Pals workshop led by the store's pet care advisers for children aged 4 to 10. This half-term it has a Halloween and Bonfire Night theme: children learn how to tell when a pet is frightened and how to help it stay calm, find out about some unusual pets and meet a few of the store's animals. There are games and activities, and every child takes home a certificate, a sticker and colouring sheets. A parent or carer stays throughout, with one adult per child. It's free, but places are limited, so book a session online.
