Free half-term activities at IWM North, led by the Story Seekers trail, which takes families round the galleries to find the real people behind objects in the collection, from survivors at sea to acts of bravery. Midweek, a family hub explores how the museum came to be, with a chance to add your own story to a shared canvas. Both are aimed at ages 5 and up, and on 28 October veterans and eyewitnesses share their memories.
