A free Halloween drop-in day inside Mill Gate in Bury. Children choose a pumpkin from the centre's pop-up pumpkin patch to take home, then decorate it at a craft table before Halloween. Face painters turn little ones into skeletons, witches or creatures at no cost. It runs from 11am to 4pm with no booking, but pumpkins and activities last only while stocks do, so arriving earlier in the day is safer. The centre's toilets and baby changing are on Minden Parade.
