A weekly Books and Rhymes session at Irlam Library for children from birth to five and the adult who comes with them. It is made up of interactive stories, singalongs and simple play, and it is a good way to meet other local parents. It is free and you just turn up; there is no booking. Children must stay with an adult. Sessions pause in the summer and Christmas holidays, so the last one before Christmas is in mid-December. The library has free parking.
