Pumpkin picking at Haigh Woodland Park, now set in the Walled Gardens, run as one-hour timed sessions with breaks in between so it doesn't get crowded. Each paying guest picks a pumpkin to take home, and there's a spooky ten-pin bowling challenge, a guess-the-weight competition, autumn photo spots and costumed entertainers wandering about. Snacks and drinks are on sale, and booking ahead is the way to get your preferred time.
