Zip World's forest tubing slides in Heaton Park, run after dark for Halloween: you ride an inflatable tube down twisting runs through lit-up trees, with costumed monsters lurking in the woods. A ticket gives an hour of unlimited slides. It's for older children and adults only, as riders must be 9 or over and at least 1m tall, and under-18s need an adult with them. Expect some proper jumps and frights.
